1. Overview and agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the SMS messaging program provided by Mabble LLC (“Mabble,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting in to receive SMS messages from Mabble LLC, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not opt in to receive text messages from us.
2. Program description and message types
The Mabble LLC SMS program provides transactional, account, and event-related text notifications directly to subscribed mobile numbers.
- Account and security notifications
- One-time verification passcodes (OTP / MFA)
- Event reminders and schedule updates
- Appointment reminders
- Customer support updates requested by you
We do not use this SMS program for unsolicited third-party marketing, nor do we transfer your opt-in consent to unrelated entities.
3. How you opt in
You may enroll in the SMS program by providing your mobile telephone number on the Mabble LLC website and checking the separate, affirmative opt-in checkbox stating:
“By checking, you consent to receive event reminders and schedule updates from Mabble LLC. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply, reply HELP for help or STOP to opt-out.”
The mobile phone number field is entirely optional. Enrolling in the SMS messaging program is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing any software, subscriptions, or services from Mabble LLC.
4. Message frequency and costs
Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your account activity, event reminders, and notification preferences.
Message and Data Rates May Apply: Mabble LLC does not charge a fee for sending text messages, but your mobile carrier’s standard message and data charges may apply according to your wireless service plan. Please check with your mobile service provider for pricing and details.
5. How to opt out (STOP)
You can cancel and opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time:
Text STOP in reply to any message received from Mabble LLC.
After you send STOP, you will receive one final message confirming that your request has been processed and you have been unsubscribed. No further messages will be sent to your number unless you explicitly re-enroll.
6. Customer support and help (HELP)

7. Mobile carrier liability
Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and other wireless operators) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and factors outside of our control.
8. Eligibility and user responsibility
To participate in our SMS messaging program, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are the account holder or authorized user of the mobile telephone number you provide.
If you change, deactivate, or transfer your mobile phone number, you agree to notify us or unsubscribe before relinquishing the number.
9. Privacy and data protection
Your privacy is paramount. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Mabble LLC does not sell, rent, or share mobile telephone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
